Why does my browser language show another country?

Browser language comes from your browser or operating system settings. It does not mean your IP address is located in that country.

Can a VPN change this result?

Yes. If your VPN is active, websites usually see the VPN server IP instead of your home or mobile ISP IP.

What does Cloudflare edge location mean?

It shows the Cloudflare data center that handled your request. It is useful context, but it is not always the same as your IP registration country.

Is this my private Wi-Fi IP?

No. This page shows the public IP address visible to websites, not your private router or device IP such as 192.168.x.x.

Why do different IP sites show different locations?

IP geolocation databases update at different times and use different data sources. Country-level results are usually more reliable than exact city-level results.
